The quest for a new home for The School has been bittersweet. The heartache of leaving our beloved campus has been painful, but the change does come with exciting possibilities. Having been an entrepreneur all my life, I value the unique opportunities that a new workspace provides.

This move empowers our school with the advantages of institutional memory, and the nimbleness of a startup. A strong core that will continue to fearlessly innovate and experiment, as the world around us becomes more divisive. The need for our children to be empathetic citizens equipped with the ability to both learn and unlearn, is higher than ever.

Our new campus maybe modest in comparison to our 'island-within-the-city' acreage we enjoy today. But have we not all experienced our world transformed by startups working out of far less? I want to do what I can to ensure that KFI continues to reimagine education.
