ADMISSIONS - PROCEDURE

Classes I to IX

REGISTRATION FORMS ARE CLOSED FOR CLASSES II-IX.

• Parents may register for admission from 20th February to 29th February.
• Last date for receipt of completed registration forms is 29th February.
• Registration, however, does not guarantee admission, as class sizes are limited.
• Interviews for parents and tests for children will be scheduled in March.
• For admissions children are tested in the basic subjects English, Mathematics, Hindi or Tamil. The student does not need to be coached for these tests.
• Admissions are made after careful interviews with parents and children.
• Minimum age criteria for entry into class I is 5 years and six months as on June 1st 2008.
• Minimum age criteria for entry into class II is 6 years and six months as on June 1st 2008.
• Registration Fees : Please send a Demand Draft for Rs 300/- in favour of “The School, KFI” and payable at Chennai towards  registration fees, alongwith the registration form.  Please mention the child’s name, class applied for and name of the signatory at the back of the demand draft.
• We will acknowledge by email the receipt of the registration form for your child and allocate the registration number after receipt of the demand draft towards the registration fees.
• All correspondence will be done by email as far as possible.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the form (can be downloaded free of cost). The printed copy of the Registration Form should be sent to the school along with registration fees (details are given in the registration form). The registration form will be processed only after the receipt of fees.

The Registration Form shall also be available at the School from 20th to 29th February, 2008
